Enchantment

With each idle thought; I make you
With wandering speculation, I come to rationalize you
With muted fingers I trace you down
Down to the last crevice and fold

Like a knife edge, treading down your clavicles
With caution, and ill restrained
Fingers through your tresses
It is how I take you in

And If were to cut me down this path
Bleed at the altar of your church
May the blood cherish the lost chantry of lust
Lost in the rabbit hole, that is this love

You haunt each moment of wakefulness
Like a specter come to life
You follow me everywhere, each day
With subtle memories lost in a cacophony of thrill

You enchant me, with the intangible your leave behind
The sillage of your scent that haunts my sheets
The blurred flashes of your touch
The gentle roaming in the air of your musk

It is your moistness that seeps into my soul
Souses my passion, drenches my blood
Each sound I measure and restrain
Bar the one, that forms your name
